Deine Aufgaben
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung in einem dynamischen und erfolgreichen Team.
  • Du wirst Teil des internen IT-Teams und sorgst für den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer IT-Infrastruktur und den IT-Service-Prozessen 
  • Du stehst als kompetente Ansprechperson deinen Kollegen:innen, auch remote standortübergreifend, bei IT-Fragestellungen zur Verfügung.
  • Du bist für die Einrichtung, Wartung und Fehlerbehebung von internen Clientsystemen im Bereich Mac / Windows und der entsprechenden Peripherie verantwortlich.
  • Du überwachst, konfigurierst und optimierst die IT-Infrastruktur sowie eingesetzte Cloud-Dienste. 
  • Du bist für die Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Sicherheitskonzepten zuständig.
  • Du entwickelst Schulungsinhalte und Methoden für die IT-Wissensvermittlung an die Teams.
  • Nutze die flexiblen Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Freitag bei einer Kernarbeitszeit von 9-15 Uhr 
  • Home Office ist möglich, wobei der Hauptteil deiner Tätigkeit in unserem Büro stattfindet.
Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst idealerweise über eine Ausbildung als IT-Administrator, Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Informatik/Mathematik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik. Ambitionierte Quereinsteiger:innen oder anderweitig IT-Erfahrene heißen wir ebenfalls willkommen!
  • Du bringst erste Erfahrung mit aktuellen Client- und Serverbetriebssystemen mit.
  • Du hast optimalerweise Kenntnisse im Scripting, z. B. mit Bash, Powershell, Javascript oder Python.
  • Du besitzt Gewissenhaftigkeit und Ausdauer bei deiner selbständigen, ziel- und teamorientierten Arbeitsweise.
  • Du begeisterst dich für neue Entwicklungen und Technologien.
  • Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Your mission
  • You enjoy taking on responsibility in a dynamic and successful team.
  • You will be part of the internal IT team and ensure the functioning of the IT infrastructure and IT service processes.
  • You will be available as a competent contact person for your colleagues, also remotely across locations, for IT issues.
  • You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting internal client systems in the Mac / Windows area and the corresponding peripherals.
  • You will monitor, configure and optimise the IT infrastructure and the cloud services used.
  • You are responsible for adapting and further developing IT security concepts.
  • You will develop training content and methods for imparting IT knowledge to the teams.
  • Take advantage of flexible working hours from Monday to Friday with core working hours from 9 am to 3 pm
  • Home office is possible, with the majority of your work taking place in our office.
Your profile
  • Ideally, you have completed training as an IT administrator, IT specialist (m/f/d) or have a degree in computer science/mathematics or business informatics. We also welcome ambitious career changers!
  • You have initial experience with current client and server operating systems.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of scripting, e.g. with Bash, Powershell, Javascript or Python.
  • You are conscientious and persistent in your independent, goal- and team-oriented way of working.
  • You are enthusiastic about new developments and technologies.
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
