Du liebst es, deine kreativen Ideen in ein interdisziplinäres Team einzubringen und ganzheitliche Kommunikationslösungen zu entwickeln? Deine Aufgaben
  • Du entwickelst den vielfältigen crossmedialen Auftritt der Marke UXMA gemeinsam im Team weiter.
  • Du gestaltest ganzheitliche Kommunikationslösungen für alle relevanten Touchpoints – von der Konzeption bis hin zur Umsetzung
  • Du visualisierst deine Ideen und Konzepte in Moodboards und Prototyping-Tools
  • Du übernimmst die Leitung und Umsetzung eigener Projekte, unterstützt aber auch Projekte deiner Kolleg*innen
  • Du erarbeitest Briefings, kalkulierst Projektaufwände und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Du präsentierst Konzepte, Projektzwischenstände und -ergebnisse intern und vor Kunden

Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Kommunikationsdesign oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang, idealerweise mit einem Schwerpunkt auf der Gestaltung von digitalen Medien
  • Du hast Spaß daran, Neues auszuprobieren und innovative Impulse zu setzen – dabei hast du den Fokus für das große Ganze immer im Blick
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus. Du achtest jederzeit auch auf die Details
  • Du arbeitest gern medienübergreifend, dein Herz schlägt vor allem für Digital Brands, Interface Design, User Experience und Marketing
  • Du hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch und bist in der Lage pragmatische Lösungen in Kürze umzusetzen
  • Du beherrscht alle relevanten Grafikprogramme der Adobe Creative Cloud sowie Prototyping-Tools wie Figma, Sketch oder XD
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und kannst deine Ideen souverän und überzeugend präsentieren
  • Du bringst sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit

Your mission
  • You develop the diverse cross-media presence of the UXMA brand together with the team
  • You design holistic communication solutions for all relevant touchpoints - from conception to implementation
  • You visualize your ideas and concepts in mood boards and prototyping tools
  • You take over the management and implementation of your own projects, but also support projects of your colleagues
  • You develop briefings, calculate project expenses, monitor project progress and coordinate cooperation with external service providers
  • You present concepts, intermediate project statuses and results internally and in front of customers
Your profile
  • You have a degree in communication design or a comparable course
  • You enjoy trying out new things and setting innovative impulses - while always keeping an eye on the big picture
  • You are characterized by a reliable and structured way of working. You always pay attention to the details
  • You work across media and have a high affinity for digital brands, user experience and marketing
  • You have high quality standards and are able to implement pragmatic solutions quickly
  • You master all relevant programs of the Adobe Creative Cloud as well as Figma and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • You have strong communication skills and can present your ideas confidently and convincingly
  • You have good written and spoken German and English skills
